Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number (please check your junk folder). We currently use Royal Mail for shipping, so you can enter your tracking number at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel. You can add products to your cart to get a shipping price before checking out.
Delivery times are dependent on the choice you make.
Tracked 24 – you will usually receive your parcel within 1 to 3 days from dispatch.
Tracked 48 – you will usually receive your parcel within 2 to 5 days from dispatch. This is when you order within our opening hours.
Order before 12pm for same day postage.
We recommend ordering in advance to allow for any delays with shipping. We do our best to get items shipped out the same day, but can’t guarantee how long they will take to reach your destination, once they have been sent. Bank Holidays, Christmas and bad weather can all affect delivery times.
We only ship Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure shipping information is correct. Freckle Lash, Brow and Beauty Supplies Ltd, cannot be held responsible for misinformation, completed at checkout.
Should you not receive your package within 10 working days (excluding Bank Holidays), please check your tracking information which would have been emailed to you upon being dispatched. We would also recommend contacting your local Royal Mail sorting office, in case they could not deliver successfully (if the business was closed for example)

Freckle Lash, Brow & Beauty Supplies Ltd, are happy to receive returns for products that are completely unopened, in their original packaging and unused within 14days of receipt. Any products that have been opened or used, are not able to be refunded, unless there is a defect with the item.
The buyer is responsible for covering costs to return the items. The buyer is responsible for covering costs if an exchange is requested. Postage charges are not refunded under any circumstances.
Your refund will be sent to you via the original payment method.
Yes! We are happy to take orders via WhatsApp or phone call. Payments will be required via Bank Transfer before they are processed and shipped. Online ordering is the easiest way to place an order.
