1. Prepare the skin for the procedure. Remove make-up residue and clean the client’s skin with OKO Lash & Brow Cloudy Foam Shampoo. Make sure the skin is dry before starting the procedure. Before using the wax, you can apply a barrier product if desired.
2. Heat the wax until it is completely melted.
3. Using a spatula, apply the wax in a thin, even layer to the area with unwanted hair. The wax is applied in the direction of hair growth. Wait a few seconds for the wax to harden into a film.
4. Hold the the skin firmly in the hair removal area. Remove the wax with one quick, sharp movement to avoid skin irritation. The wax is removed against the direction of hair growth.
5. After completing the hair removal procedure, remove the wax residue using a special oil or wax remover. Apply the product to the skin, then remove its remains with a cotton pad or warm water.
6. In case of obvious redness of the skin, use a soothing product after waxing.
7. After the procedure, be sure to apply SPF sunscreen.
